I am pleased to report that cable is back on at this place of residence. I am one happy camper. I do love seeing the flashing lights. It has felt like Christmas all week. I've been sleeping on the couch just to see the lights blink!!! ;-)It's also amazing to see a clear TV again. Mike had loaned me an antenna which picked up two channels. You had to have them adjusted just right. I drew a picture in paint of how that worked out which if anyone ever shows up over here I'll post one day. After I jabbed myself a few times in the jugular, I just fixed it where it was semi-clear but the antenna was out of Grace's way. Grace being me which I am not.
Needless to say, the channels rolled and at crucial moments the blue screen kicked in and I would miss a minute or two. I finally just stopped watching except for Thursday night at 10pm. I am a little bit hooked on WINDFALL. I am going to win the lottery one day so I need to know what to anticipate. They had me hooked after the first show.
The TV was on for 12 hours straight the other day and it did cross my mind if one could overheat but I decided not. It would be my luck that the TV would blow a fuse or something. It better not is all I've got say!!!
Now I can get to work on putting more items in my store and doing some other things I want to do. I've been happy all week no matter what kind of day I've had just knowing that I have HIGH SPEED INTERNET to surf and CLEAR TV CHANNELS to watch. It doesn't take much to make me happy!!! Comments from family members stopping by might... just miiight... top the cable. I'll let ya know. *grin*
