Trying out the Nikon D40...

We have MORE snow and that is super duper photography time! I'd head to the mountains today for some photos if I had time. I simply do not!!! Laundry needs to be done. Dishes washed. Bathroom cleaned. Bag packed. You get the picture!

The world is white, white, white so I headed out to take some photos with the Nikon D40. A few looked great on the LCD and I was excited. I had it on auto since I have not played with the settings. The pictures were overexposed. I'll change some stuff and try again. The Kodak Z7590 might go with me too! ;-) It's raining cameras at my place. Woo!

Here are two taken with the D40 that I really like. I tried to put more but I kept deleting them! Yeah....I need to rest & relax this week for sure!!!
