Photography continues...

These are some of my favorite things. The little three-legged pig brings good fortune to you. I just think he is cute! (Blogging friend sent it to me.) The rock is one I picked up in Cresent City, CA. I was amazed at the huge rocks in the ocean. It's not like that in Florida!!! The rocks were so pretty. I picked up a few to bring back. That rock is gorgeous when you put it in water. The little glass jar is from another friend I meet on a blog. The jar is full of what she calls LUCKY STONES. They are found on a beach up north. I think it is fish eyes? I forget the story but I think they look cool in the tiny jar.

I was testing out the light box with a clamp on light. I think the bulb is wrong. I'm also trying to find out how to make the glass line not show. These pictures were taken with a Kodak 1093. I'm looking for a compact camera for my purse. The Kodak 1093 wasn't what I was looking for so it has been returned.

Now this was the first photo I took with the Kodak 1093. The little so ugly he is cute doll is from FAO Schwartz in New York City. The moon and star was made by Makayla. It's so cute. It hangs by the door so I see it every morning when I head out. This picture is sharp and I was impressed but...

I went outside to test the camera. The evening was growing darker. I tried the 3x zoom, different scene modes, and it just does not do what my Kodak Z7590 does. Since I want it to carry in my purse, I decided to go ahead with the very slim, ultra compact Nikon Coolpix S210. I liked that review because it showed actual images. It should be here this week. I got it for a great price with a New Year sale on line. I ordered the blue one. It's gonna be cute!

Speaking of blue... let me go see if I won the eBay auction on a purse I've been looking at for six or seven months now. Enjoy your day!
