I am not old... I AM NOT!

I feel a Dr. Seuss rhyme coming on. I do, I do! If only, I was that good on a regular basis and not in spurts. See the thing is I am a net junkie. I can find whatever info I wish most of the time. It becomes a mission and I search with purpose and will. I love it. I happened upon (Harry Potter movie is playing so thus the old English.) the blogger world by mere chance umpteen years ago. I started with Xanga and loved it.

Then I found blogger and tried it. You don't get as much traffic on blogger, don't make friends from all over, and it's a pain to even find some one's blog. Why this is not a little more simple since it is GOOGLE'S baby, I've no idea but... then I shut them both down, original Xanga & the original Blogspot. Sometimes I regret that but other times I don't think about it. Xanga had over 8,000 hits in 2 years. WOW! This site has 140 views in three years. Crazy the difference!

Anyway, one of my friend's has finally decided to rejoin the blogger world. I am following her site. Can I get there from here? No! URGH. Everything is coming up w/ atom post & then it brings up Google reader. I JUST WANT EASY ACCESS TO THE BLOGS I FOLLOW! Is that too much to ask for? I don't think so.

I decided to just surf through blogger. Every blog was in another language. Great! I just know English and a tiny bit of Germany & Spanish. Not enough to read a blog for sure. Back to my page and that is when Dr. Seuss spell hit as I realized that things are changing and my knowledge of blogs, etc. is not updated. It use to be so easy and now I wind up frustrated!!! *sigh*

Friend Feed is the way to go. It really is. You add the things you use and your friends can do one stop surfing to keep up with you!!! I'm all for this as a simpler life leads to more time for me. Yeah... that sounds much better than being too old to comprehend!!!! LOL
